The Value of working with a VAR

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Dominic St Pierre, I work with Audcomp as part of their Enterprise Solutions Team.

The purpose of this blog is to take a quick coffee break and share some of the benefits that you as an individual, business owner or IT related employee can share by leveraging the many free resources available to you when working with a Value Added Reseller such as Audcomp.

In the fast paced and ever changing world of IT, our jobs can become pretty intimidating when trying to make decisions on technology and vendors, running into questions like;
1. How can I ensure I'm choosing the right solution for my problem?
2. Who can I trust to give me an honest opinion and even share resources with me to help me make my business case to finding the best fit for my needs and budget?
3. I can procure equipment almost anywhere, why should I choose a VAR over using any of the online resellers stores?

These are just a few of the typical concerns echoed in the business world that we have specifically addressed in order to make your life and decisions a little easier and more enjoyable.

Here's how:

Q: 1. How can I ensure I'm choosing the right solution for my problem?
A: VAR's like Audcomp are constantly investing in their partner resources and teams of specialists skill sets.  At the touch of a button or call, you can speak to a live and fully certified staff with many years of experience working in the IT industry with many clients with common challenges.  Having a personal touch, you are able to access real answers and probe for concerns or issues to be aware of in making your business decisions.

Q: 2. Who can I trust to give me an honest opinion and even share resources with me to help me make my business case to finding the best fit for my needs and budget?
A: Choosing to work with a VAR like Audcomp gives you access to teams of experts that are fully exposed to the broad landscape of solutions available in the market.  It is our role to act as your expert advisor in providing the best of breed solutions and real honest answers encompassing all sides of your business.  Will it integrate into my environment? Will it meet my budget? Can I add to it in the future? What are my competitive options? Does it make sense to switch brands? What if something goes wrong, how is the support? Who can bail us out at the 11th hour?
These are real concerns that we deal with every day.  It is our goal to provide you with the best customer experience possible.

Q: 3. I can procure equipment almost anywhere, why should I choose a VAR over using any of the online resellers stores?
A: Working with a VAR as opposed to an online vendor brings many benefits.  At Audcomp, we are in daily contact with various manufacturers across the industry, always taking advantage of the best of their resources to ensure that your best selection and rebate programs are at your fingertips.  Things like adding a personal touch, competitive selection, understanding your challenges; in environment, configurations, billing or deliveries, we have you covered.  We offer free pickup and delivery, as part of our drive for excellence; our goal is to be an extension of your IT team, whether for procurement, advice, consultations, expert assessments or any of our technical services, we dont stop at simple shopping.

Choose a VAR today and delegate your needs and challenges to our expert teams.  We are here to serve you.

Thanks for taking the time to have a read through our blog, stay tuned as we will be adding many more posts!
